21-1903-41325 In the Matter of the Contractor Recovery Fund Application of Stephanie and Joel Vanderbijl
April 21, 2026 - Because their contractor was unlicensed when the contract was entered into and when the work was performed, the Vanderbijls are not eligible for recovery under the contractor recovery fund. The Vanderbijls have not shown by substantial evidence, compliance with all of the criteria of Minn. Stat. § 326B.89, subd. 6.
