25-2500-41066 In the Matter of Wisconsin Power & Light Company’s Site Permit Application for a Large Wind Energy Conversion System of up to 153 MW in Freeborn County, Minnesota
February 6, 2026 - Based upon these Conclusions, the Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Commission issue a Site Permit to WPL to construct and operate the Bent Tree North Project in Freeborn County, and that the Site Permit include the permit conditions as set forth above.
