May 30, 2017- The Additional Notice Plan is APPROVED. The Dual Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules is APPROVED, subject to the recommendation that the time and date to request a hearing; the time and date of the hearing; and the time and date to submit written comments be placed in bold font throughout the Notice. This will emphasize and highlight these important dates for the public.
