82-4450-31918 In the Matter of the Proposed Expedited Rules of the Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board Governing Complaints, Staff Reviews, Summary Proceedings, Audits, and Investigations
October 22, 2014 -
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The proposed rules were adopted in compliance with the procedural requirements of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 14, and Minnesota Rules, chapter 1400.
2. According to Minn. Stat. § 10A.02, subds. 10(b) and 13, the Board has the statutory authority to adopt these proposed rules using the expedited rulemaking process.
3. The modifications made by the Department in response to comments received from interested members of the public do not make the rules substantially different from the rules as originally proposed.
4. The proposed rule parts are APPROVED.
