This matter came before Administrative Law Judge Eric L. Lipman for a rulemaking hearing on Thursday, August 9, 2012. With this rulemaking process, the Board proposes a “comprehensive revision” to state licensing, accreditation and practice standards for psychologists and psychological practitioners.
As detailed in the report, the Board established that it has the statutory authority to adopt the proposed rules and that the rules are necessary and reasonable.
