17-2001-31836 In the Matter of the Proposed Exempt Rules of the Department of Natural Resources Relating to Taking Deer, Gray Partridge, Rabbits, Hares, and Muskellunge
September 19, 2014 -
1. The rules were adopted in compliance with the procedural requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 14, and Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1400.
2. According to Minn. Stat. § 176.136, subd. 1a, the Department of Natural Resources has the statutory authority to adopt these proposed rules using the exempt rulemaking process.
3. The adopted rules are APPROVED.
