8-1900-30855 In the Matter of the Proposed Rules of the Department of Labor and Industry Governing the Adoption of the International Residential Code
February 07, 2014 - The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI or the Department) proposes to revise the Minnesota Residential Code, which is found in Chapter 1309 of Minnesota Rules. The Department’s regulatory purpose is to update the Minnesota Residential Code to reflect changes made to the Model International Residential Code (IRC) by the International Code Council in 2009 and 2012.
