Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.01 Subd. 2, meetings may be CLOSED to the public for specific purposes, such as for quasi-judicial functions (disciplinary hearings).

Members of the public may attend at the Board's regular meeting location or monitor OPEN PUBLIC meetings by telephone or via telephone conferencing. Public participants will be able to listen to Board member discussion, voting and may offer testimony at the discretion of the chair.
