The Minnesota Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS) provides competitive funding to strengthen Minnesota’s EMS system. Opportunities may support service readiness, workforce development, training, education partnerships, and community care. Ambulance Service Training & Staffing (AST&S) – “Earn While You Learn”

Status: Application period closed

Applications for the 2025 AST&S Grant were due October 17, 2025, and are currently under review. Award notifications are anticipated in December 2025.

• Some opportunities may require pre-award risk assessment and financial/operational capacity review. 
• Questions are accepted via email (see each opportunity for dates and instructions). Written responses are posted on the OEMS site.
