September 22, 2025 - Based upon these Conclusions, the Commission should issue a Route Permit for the Applicant’s Proposed Route, permitting ITC Midwest to construct and operate the Project and associated facilities in Jackson County, and the Route Permit should include the permit conditions as set forth in the Findings.
