The Minnesota Department of Corrections (MN DOC) is seeking proposals to provide 24/7 electronic surveillance services and installations. Services will include radio frequency (RF) monitoring, alcohol monitoring, and active Global Positioning Systems (GPS) to monitor a select group of formerly incarcerated and/or currently incarcerated persons, also known as “clients” who are under the authority of the Commissioner of Corrections. MN DOC serves approximately 300 persons on electronic surveillance each day.
