The Minnesota Department of Commerce, Olmsted County, and several insurance companies are coming together in one place so you can get face-to-face help. You can meet with your insurer, talk with Commerce staff, and get clear answers about your claim or your coverage.
Whether you need help resolving an issue, want to understand your policy better, or want to be more prepared before the next storm, you are invited to attend this free event. No registration needed.

What to expect at the Rochester Insurance Village

You do not need to have an active insurance claim to attend. Anyone who wants to learn more about their insurance is welcome.

Additional insurers will be added as they confirm. If your insurance company is participating, you can speak with them directly. If not, Commerce staff can still answer your questions and help you understand your options.
