    December 18, 2014 - The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office charged Yasmin Abdulle Ali, Ahmed Aden Mohamed and Joshua John Miller with one count of racketeering, multiple counts of theft by swindle as well as a number of additional felony charges in connection with a complex scheme to defraud the public in excess of $4 million. The group ran several Twin Cities businesses from 2009 to 2013 that illegally received reimbursement for personal care assistants and child care assistance.
