Advisory Rules Committee

The purpose of the Advisory Rules Committee is to assist the Board with rule development. Rule development consists of revising current or existing rules and constructing new rules as needed. The Advisory Rules Committee consists of representatives from the community, law enforcement, post-secondary institutions, and other parties affected by or interested in the rules administered by the POST Board. The use of the Advisory Rules Committee on rule development is at the discretion of the POST Board per Minnesota Statue 14.101 subd. 2. Members of the committee are appointed by the Board.
