Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of Business Development
The Executive Assistant will provide executive level administrative support to the Executive Director of Business Development. The incumbent will coordinate activities of the Development division, as well as assist in special events and other projects as assigned by the Executive Director of Business Development and/or the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner. This position will provide back-up administrative support to the Commissioner’s office. They will maintain effective recordkeeping and filing systems for the Executive Director of Business Development as needed. They will also work with managers, supervisors, technical staff, and committees as well as interact with state/federal agencies, local units of government, business and community leaders. The incumbent must act as the intermediary between the Director and people requesting his/her attention.

Development of Residence Club Lands
The Department of Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation, an agency of the State of Minnesota, is seeking information and ideas from all interested parties regarding developing lands, currently known as the Residence Club Development (RCD), owned by the agency at Giants Ridge Golf and Ski Resort in Biwabik, Minnesota. This Request for Information (RFI) is to encourage development interest in the RCD site and to identify a preferred responder for the RCD build-out.
