    Misconduct Reporting

    ​​​​​​​​​​​​Access to the POST Misconduct Report System​​​


    This website page is for use by law enforcement officials ONLY. 

    CLEOs and their authorized delegates can now access the Misconduct Reporting System (MRS) through their existing agency dashboard, or through a direct link to the MRS. 

    Log in using the same credentials as your regular POST account. 

    Using the MRS to submit​ reports of alleged misconduct at your agency provides compliance with Minnesota  Statutes 626.8457 Subd.3(b), which requires law enforcement agency CLEOs to submit reports of alleged misconduct, in real-time, to POST.
