The Clay County Sheriff's Office is accepting applications for a full-time Deputy. We will accept applications until the position is filled. Deputies within the Sheriff's Office can take the opportunity to work in several different divisions, to include Patrol, Investigations, Warrants and Transports, Civil, and Court. We have advancement opportunities, secondary assignments that are offered such as K9, SWAT, Training Deputy, along with several instructor positions in areas such as Taser, Use of Force, EVOC, Firearms, CPR/First Aid, Active Threat, and many others. We provide take home squads for deputies residing within Clay County.
