Full-time officers receive 8 hours vacation per month starting, and 12 holidays per year. Sick leave accumulates at a rate of 8 hours per month. A comprehensive group health insurance plan, and life insurance plan are included in the benefits package. The city pays $1,800 a year to a health savings account to help offset the cost of the health insurance deductible. The city pays $2.00 an hour for night-time differential.
