The Forest Lake Police Department is seeking applications for one immediate full-time Police Officer position. To join our team applicants must be highly motivated, dedicated to community service, and possess a strong work ethic and communication skills.
2025 contract salary range is $81,657 - $109,670 annually along with health, dental and vision contributions up to $1515/monthly. Additional salary and benefit considerations including front-loaded vacation and sick accrual will be considered for lateral candidates. A streamlined training program may also be given based upon experience. Up to $2,000 a year in tuition reimbursement is available to all employees. Additional salary increases for Detectives and School Resource Officers.
