Project Management Assistance

The nature of public-sector work is increasingly project-based. Effective project management requires excellence in both technical and human relations skills. Management Analysis and Development (MAD) consultants utilize both of these skillsets to provide project leadership and project management support at all project stages.

MAD can lead or support organizations in:

  • Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource needs to create a project structure, project plan, and work breakdown structure;
  • Building the project team and documenting governance and stakeholder roles;
  • Tracking and assuring progress using technology and methods appropriate to the project, identifying and managing risk, developing reporting structures, and overseeing or writing project reports and other communication; and
  • Adjusting plans and processes to resolve problems and address unexpected changes in policy, funding, or resources.

MAD's clients benefit from our ability to design, build, and support practical project management structures and processes, as well as our in-depth knowledge of the unique challenges facing public-sector entities that can impact project success. We work with clients to create and implement project plans that are clear, comprehensive, and sustainable.
