A special meeting of the Iron Range Resources & Rehabilitation (IRRR) Board will be held in the Governors 4 Boardroom (lower level) at the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront Hotel at 11 East Kellogg Blvd. in Saint Paul on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m.
