Outpatient Care
Located in Faribault, MN, our Southern Cities Clinic is an outpatient psychiatric clinic that specializes in caring for adults with severe and persistent mental illness as well as adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental illness or behavior disorders.
While patients make in-person visits to the clinic for initial assessments and whenever deemed appropriate by the treatment team, most psychiatric appointments are conducted over video. Staff may also do occasional home visits.
Who we serve
Southern Cities Clinic limits services to a unique population of patients. We focus primarily on treating individuals whose conditions are so complex or difficult to manage that other community-based health care providers cannot or will not serve them.

Staff
The clinic has two psychiatrists, three psychiatric advanced-practice registered nurses, one primary care doctor, as well as nursing and pharmacy support.
