Providing safe, high-quality, person-centered care is our top priority. If you have questions or concerns about the care you, a family member, or someone for whom you are legally responsible is receiving or has received in one of our programs, we want to hear from you.

Compliance Hotline

Our Compliance Hotline is a confidential way to report concerns about health care services, patient safety, ethics, regulatory compliance, fraud, waste, abuse, or misuse of public resources. Anyone can report a concern.

Reports may be submitted anonymously. However, providing detailed and specific information is critical. Information such as dates, locations, names or roles involved, descriptions of what occurred, and how the concern was identified helps ensure the issue can be properly reviewed and addressed.
