Dan Storkamp

Executive Director of External Relations

Dan Storkamp is DCT's Director of External Relations.

He manages relationships with key stakeholders that have a special interest in DCT. He oversees:

  • Legislative relations
  • Tribal relations
  • County relations

Previously, he served as DCT's director of operations; the deputy director of the Minnesota Sex Offender Program; held several positions at the Minnesota Department of Corrections; and was director of the Criminal Justice Center at Minnesota Planning.

He has a degree in marketing and applied sociology and is a certified Master Black Belt in continuous improvement.
