Buildings and Grounds

Admin manages and maintains state buildings and grounds for the State of Minnesota, overseeing 22 buildings, 32 parking facilities and 40 acres of green space on the State Capitol Complex and elsewhere throughout the Twin Cities and state of Minnesota. This work is led by Admin's Plant Management Division (PMD), which provides the following building services to state agencies, the public and other customers.
