Project management, testing, sample collection and analysis, air monitoring, and surveys for abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials. Services include on-site air monitoring and daily electronic log reports, site surveys, on-site and bulk material collection, sampling and analysis, recommendations, and reports for hazardous materials projects. Projects will vary in nature and scope and will involve remodeling projects and facility audits.
Testing and Inspection services to include geotechical, concrete, masonry, structural steel, pavement, window/curtainwall, roofing/waterproofing, fireproofing/firestopping, Phase I and II Archaeological Resources Investigations, and Phase I and II Environmental Investigation and Remediation Sevices.
Construction auditing services including but not limited to auditing of construction costs for work done under the Construction Manager at Risk project delivery method. Some may be for Design/Build or Design/Bid/Build. Most will involve projects of significant size and complexity; however, these services could be used, as needed, for such services as auditing of complex Contract Amendments, review of construction proposals, and assistance in development of construction RFPs.
