Job Description: Polk County Sheriff's Office is seeking applications for a full-time Patrol Deputy position. Applicants must have a State of MN (POST) License or be (POST) license eligible by date of hire, and a valid driver's license is required. The primary duties for this position include taking calls for service, patrolling all roads within Polk County, serving civil paper, transporting prisoner, court security, enforcing the law and protection of life and property within Polk County.
Sign on Incentive: If hired will qualify for $2000.00 sign on incentive, plus an additional $500.00 for successfully completing the probationary period (12 months or 2080 hours worked, whichever is greater). Up to an additional $2500.00 in incentives for continued service.
