Job Description: The City of Minnetonka Police Department is seeking dedicated individuals committed to public safety and community service. Step 4 is achievable after 3 years of service. An additional step (Step 5) is achievable after the 15th year which is $128,223.68 annually. Current labor contract.
This position typically begins at Step 1 of our compensation scale. Candidates with substantial and relevant experience may be considered for placement up to Step 3. Step placement beyond the entry level is determined based on experience, role alignment, and internal evaluation processes.
