Position Details.
-2026 Salary Range: $80,334-$114,132, depending on qualifications
-Lateral Entry: Experienced officers will enter the pay scale based on years of service.
-Signing Incentive: Up to $6,000 for lateral candidates
-Longevity Pay: Begins after five years of service
-Health Insurance:
$900/month employer contribution for single coverage (covers 100%)
$1,500/month for family coverage (covers approx. 93%)
-Vacation Leave: Lateral vacation accrual will be considered
-Fitness Facility: On-site, brand new facility
-Workout on Duty Policy
-Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,500 for eligible costs
- Shift Schedule: Trimester bid schedule; officers receive two weekends off per month
-Special Assignments (with additional pay): SWAT, Drug Task Force, Investigations, School Resource Officer, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructure
