Robbinsdale offers a strong compensation package unlike many others, to include educational incentives (7% with a BA and 9% for a Master’s Degree, as well as longevity pay (10% after 12 years of service).
Robbinsdale officers have, free of charge, access to a robust health and wellness program consisting of personal trainers, nutritionists and other programs ensuring their overall wellbeing of staff. Along with this is an on-site state of the art workout facility.
