Job Description: Eden Valley is a well-knit community with approximately 1,100 residents. The Police Department is looking to add a second full-time Police Officer. Police Officers are expected to respond to calls for service, enforce traffic laws, and proactively patrol city streets.
The Police Department works 10 or 12 hour shifts on a 5-on, 5-off, 2-on, 2-off rotation. The Police Officer would be expected to work afternoons into the early morning hours. The schedule is flexible with an employee/family comes first rhetoric.
Eden Valley offers an extremely competitive benefits package:

• 85% premiums paid by employer for family health insurance coverage.
• 100% maximum HSA employer contribution.
o This means the city will pay $8,750 into employee’s HSA accounts in 2026.
