Job Description: The Sauk Centre Police Department is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Patrol Officer eligibility list. Qualifications required: must be full-time P.O.S.T. Board license eligible by June 30, 2026, minimum of 2-yr Associate of Arts or Associate of Science Degree, possess a valid, unrestricted MN Driver's License, no prior adverse criminal record or police contact. This position will perform law enforcement work such as routine patrol, preliminary investigations, and traffic regulation for the protection of life and property through the enforcement of laws and ordinances. Candidate must have the ability to perform strenuous duties and to use sound judgment in emergency situations, and to communicate clearly & effectively under stressful situations. Excellent employee benefits including medical, dental, a health care savings plan. Sauk Centre also provides the opportunity to have a Health Savings Account with over $5,000 provided to it by the City, along with an Employer paid single medical insurance plan.
