United States District Court Judge Donovan Frank and self advocate Karen Loven shared the spotlight on WCCO's Life to the Max segment on April 8, 2017. Their partnership has evolved and grown since Karen first joined a Disability Justice seminar, offered as a CLE in 2010. She was so well received that she has become a regular participant in these seminars. In this segment, Judge Frank and Karen share their perspectives on the concept of disability justice and what that means in their respective lives
