Lee Roberts: His Parents' Divorce
Lee Roberts: Well, it was always harmonious. I mean, they always got along, even after, you know, they divorced. They divorced because my mother wanted to live in the country and my father was more of a city person due to his access, so… but they always remained friends. I kind of feel I got the best of both worlds in a way because my mother lived in the country, my dad lived in the city, so I got some… some cowboy and then I got some hipster. I don't know if I have either, but…
I mean, the important point is that there was always a universal sharing and, like, understanding of the experiences and lessons they wanted to give me, and the time that they wanted with me. So whenever my dad had an important trip, I would be let out of school and I would go with him. And then… that's carried with me today, some of the things I learned on those trips. I'm sure you've traveled with him to know that.
