Here you'll find information for holding public rallies and special events within Capitol Complex buildings and on its grounds. Coordination and approval is managed by Admin Facilities Management. If you have questions or need help, contact us.
*NOTE: In order to ensure that business operations of the Legislature are not disturbed, Facilities Management will not approved permits for activities involving music in internal public spaces within the Capitol building beginning Friday, March 10, 2017 and continuing throughout the end of the 2017 Legislative Session.
We now have an online reservation system that is mobile-capable and which offers immediate confirmation of your reservation for many events. Additionally, many public spaces administered by Admin can now be reserved for use after normal business hours (this requires additional information & may include a fee).
