How to get involved
The Public Utilities Commission makes better decisions when we listen to people from Minnesota, like you. It's important for everyone to share their thoughts so decisions are fair. We want to hear from you, so please give your opinions on the issues that the PUC is working on. You can also send us your thoughts or questions about rules and regulations.
If you need to get in touch, you can call the PUC at 651-296-0406 or 1-800-657-3782.
You can learn more about what the PUC does and how to be a part of it by watching PUC videos.
You can watch all PUC meetings online and also review past ones. Just check out the official PUC calendar for the webcast link. Click the button below to see what meetings are coming up and watch them online.
The PUC regulates vital utilities and services that are integral aspects of our everyday lives. We welcome and encourage public participation by making a comment.
If you're having issues with your utility service, the PUC might be able to assist you. If you need help, have a problem, or want to file a complaint against your utility provider, you can reach out to our consumer affairs office. Your information will be kept confidential, and our team of mediators will work with you and your utility to try to solve the problem.
