Congratulations to two of our long-term, dedicated Regional Ombudsmen on their recent retirement! 

Cheryl Turcotte (Region 1 which serves north central counties) has been with OMHDD since the office’s inception in 1987!

Chris Michel (Region 5 which serves southwest metro/central counties) has been with OMHDD since 2005.

Both of these team members have brought passion, knowledge, and advocacy, to their roles leading to great outcomes and increased quality of life for clients of the agency and overall purpose and integrity to the office.

OMHDD wishes both Cheryl and Chris all the best in their retirement and thank them both for their years of dedicated service to the agency, our clients, and our staff. OMHDD will work on filling these vacancies and strive to provide coverage and uninterrupted service to callers during this time of transition.
