Public Comment Period is NOW OPEN

The Minnesota Olmstead Plan ensures people with disabilities will live, learn, work and enjoy life in the most integrated setting of their choice.

People with disabilities, their families and the public are invited to participate in the annual revision process of the Minnesota Olmstead Plan.  From February 26, 2019 - March 11, 2019, the public is invited to provide feedback on the draft amendments being proposed by Subcabinet agencies. We encourage you to review the Draft Amendments and the "Summary of 2019 Draft Amendments" which explains the proposed changes.

Ways to Provide Public Input

The Olmstead Implementation Office strives to make the comment process easy for the public. We are collecting feedback in the following ways:

For the public to provide relevant input they must have the appropriate resources to do so. We encourage you to read the Minnesota Olmstead Plan and Draft Amendments. To explain the changes being proposed, we created the “Summary of 2019 Draft Amendments” document. To request accessible materials or accommodations for a meeting due to a disability, contact or call 651.296.9844.
