Steve Larson: In addition to that, Minnesota is now required to update their Rule 40, which provides guidelines for when you do use restraint, and the type of planning and oversight and review that needs to go on, so that it's done minimally, and when it is done, you look at what caused the violence, what caused the need for restraint, and then plan for that type of thing happening again and try to plan proactively so we're preventing those types of incidents.
