The METO Settlement
Shamus O'Meara: Schedule
Shamus O'Meara: There is a schedule within the settlement agreement based upon the number of incidents of restraint or seclusion that are documented under which the court can use to apportion specific amounts of money to residents who were restrained and/or secluded. So that settlement notice has been sent out that has some various items in it, perhaps the most important is what's called a claim form. For those residents or the guardians on behalf of the residents, the class members, who believe that they have been restrained or secluded and want to be part of any monetary payment under the settlement, they need to submit their claim form.
