Senior US District Court Judge Donovan W. Frank is honored with 2023 Access Press award

Frank has presided over cases involving Minnesota Extended Treatment Options and played a key role in jump-starting Minnesota's Olmstead Plan. The celebration event is scheduled for November 3 at McNamara Center, University of Minnesota, East Bank campus.
