In 1990, moms and dads with developmental disabilities, or with serious learning disabilities, were learning to parent their children through a variety of publicly supported programs. One such program was offered by the Reuben Lindh Learning Center in south Minneapolis. Here, Mike and Mike, Jr. interacted while bouncing on an air mattress during the father's parenting class at the Lindh Learning Center.
