It is our practice to return calls within 24 hours during business hours Monday thru Friday. If you are calling after business hours, on a weekend, or on a holiday, your call will be returned on the next business day.

After-hours crisis lines If you are a victim of domestic or sexual violence who is experiencing a crisis and would like to speak immediately to a community based advocate, you may call the Day One Crisis Line at 866-223-1111 or text 612-399-9995.  If you are a victim of other types of crime, you may call the General Crime Crisis Line at 866-385-2699 or text 612-399-9977. Please note that community-based advocates do not have access to information regarding incarcerated offenders. An advocate can assist you with general safety planning and provide referral to other community based resources.
