Social Security Administration services now by appointment

1/2/2025 10:38:17 AM

On November 18, 2024, the Social Security Administration (SSA) stopped offering walk-in services. This means you now need an appointment for most SSA services.

Appointments reduce your wait time. You may even be able to make a video or phone appointment and avoid a trip to the office.

Did you know that you can get many SSA services online?
