Our Northwest office has moved!

The Minnesota Department of Human Services, Deaf, DeafBlind and Hard of Hearing State Services is excited to announce that our Northwest office has a new location:

810 Center Avenue West
Dilworth, MN

The new office is about a mile away from the old office in the Family Service Center of Clay County.

We look forward to continuing to serve you from our new location!
