Wendy DeVore is a former police officer and a child of deaf adults (CODA). Wendy worked with DHHSD to develop the traffic cards. The traffic cards make it easier for people with hearing loss and law enforcement to communicate.

This video chat will be held on Zoom, a video conferencing platform. You can access Zoom through your internet browser for free. A link will be provided in your confirmation email along with a phone number if you prefer to call in.

Minnesotans statewide are invited! You will find this discussion helpful if you:
- Are deaf, deafblind or hard of hearing, have combined hearing and vision loss or have age-related hearing loss;
- Are parents, caregivers, family and friends of people with hearing loss;
- Work with people with hearing loss.
