When your online payment was confirmed with a 15 digit confirmation number and received by the MN State Department of Revenue, the Board’s computer system will process your new license. You can look up your license status at the Board's website, Professional Profile, which provides real-time license information.
The Board will mail out a new license/registration to your designated public address in about two weeks. If you don’t receive the new card in 3-4 weeks, please contact the Board. If you contact the Board for not receiving a license after 30 days from your renewal date, a $20.00 fee will be required for a replacement license card.
If your CME is due this renewal, you don’t need to send any CME certificate/materials to the Board unless specifically required to do so. The Board will contact with you by mail asking you to submit the CME documentation, if you are randomly selected for auditing, or for complaint investigation purposes. Please keep those documents retained personally for 6 years.
Starting April, 2016, you have a chance to register with MN Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) during the online renewal. If you registered, you will receive an email from mnpdm-info@hidinc.com to inform you about the PMP account registration status. If you are a PA, you need to maintain NCCPA and DEA certification.
The information you provided for the Workforce Survey is directly saved at the Minnesota Department of Health, Office of Rural Health and Primary Care. The Board doesn’t have the access to that information. If you have any comment/concern, please email us at medical.board@state.mn.us.
