Duane Wallace R.Ph.

Duane Wallace is a Clinical Pharmacist currently working at Common Spirit St. Joseph’s Health, Park Rapids, MN and Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN.  Mr.  Wallace received his pharmacy degree from North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND.  For 23 years, he owned Northland Pharmacy Services providing management services and professional pharmacy staff to Perham Health.  Mr. Wallace also was a four-year member of the Medication Safety Committee for the Minnesota Hospital Association.  A resident of North Central Minnesota, he enjoys traveling with his family.
