Ms. Thullner is a local designer and business owner with previous experience serving on the Minnesota Naturopathic Advisory Council and the Minnesota Physician Assistant Advisory Council. She received her BS in Costume Design from the University of Minnesota and her MFA in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University. She also serves as President of the Underwater Society of America (USOA) which is the governing body for underwater sports in the USA.
