1800-37828- In the Matter of the Appeal by Jessica Rodning of the Order of License Revocation of her Family Child Care License No. 1100872 (Family Child Care) April 19, 2022- In conclusion, the Department offered little but the unsupported opinion of its licensor that Appellant is dishonest, and a single minor correction order, to revoke Appellant’s license. The correction order identified nothing but speculative harm to the children in Appellant’s care. Indeed, that this was the only alleged violation the licensor could find despite close scrutiny should serve not to cause concern but rather to enhance the Commissioner’s confidence in Appellant’s program. For these reasons, the Commissioner should decline to reinstate the order of revocation. Last Modified: 4/19/2022 Size: 0 Author: Categories: Tags:
